Incorporated in 2005, Braid Industrial Services Ltd., a Tarpon Energy Services company, serves the energy sector in the execution of electrical and instrumentation construction.
We have the skilled resources, operational systems and proven track record to successfully complete electrical and instrument construction projects ranging from SAGD well pads to massive heavy oil processing facilities.
Braid’s head office and operations are located in Edmonton, AB. Our location provides easy access to a number of module fabrication yards and is central to Alberta’s resource pool of skilled trades people. Edmonton is also the most common dispatch point for northern work locations.
We are signatory to a collective agreement with Christian Labour Association of Canada (CLAC) which provides us a stable labour force. Braid also maintains its own Canada wide recruitment program for trade and supervisory personnel. This program has proven effective in attracting and retaining qualified personnel even in periods of high demand.
